01About Gradify Learning
Gradify Learning ("Gradify", "we", "us", "our") provides admissions guidance and counselling for online degree programs offered by UGC-entitled universities.
We are not a university, and we do not award degrees, diplomas or certificates. Each degree is awarded by the university that offers the program. That university alone decides on admission, eligibility, curriculum, examinations, results and the award of the degree.
02University and program information
Program details on this website are provided for general guidance. They include fees, durations, specialisations, eligibility, exam modes, learning formats and EMI options. We take them from information the universities publish, and we try to keep them accurate and current.
Universities can change these details at any time without notifying us. Program details, fees and durations shown here are indicative. The final eligibility, curriculum and fee structure are those the university confirms at the time of your application. Please check the details in the university's official prospectus or on its website before you apply or pay.
03Approvals, rankings and recognition
We mention approvals and rankings such as UGC, AICTE, NAAC, NIRF, QS and Times Higher Education. These reflect what the university or the ranking body published at the time we wrote the content. Ratings and rankings change every year.
You can check whether a university is entitled to offer a particular online program on the UGC Distance Education Bureau website (deb.ugc.ac.in). Whether a degree is accepted for a particular purpose is decided by the body concerned, not by Gradify. That includes government jobs, competitive exams, higher studies in India or abroad, and a specific employer's policy. Please confirm with them if it matters to you.
04No guarantee of admission, jobs or salary
Gradify does not guarantee:
- admission to any university or program;
- a job, placement, promotion or change of role;
- any particular salary or increase in salary.
Our content includes learner stories and "salary before and after" figures. These describe the experience of individual learners and are not typical or promised results. Career and salary outcomes depend on many things outside our control: your effort and performance, your experience, your employer, your industry and the job market.
"Placement support" or "career services" mentioned for a program are provided by the university on its own terms. They are not a promise of employment.
05Counselling and Gradify Guide suggestions
Our counsellors and mentors give guidance based on the information you share with them and on what they know about each program. Gradify Guide, the course finder on our website, suggests programs using simple rules applied to your answers. Its "fit score" is a guide to how well a program matches what you told it. It is not an assessment of your ability or your chances of success.
This guidance is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. The choice of program, university and payment method is yours. Please read the university's official information before you decide.
06Fees, payments and EMI
- Our counselling is free for learners. We do not charge you for guidance.
- Pay only through official channels. Pay program fees only to the university, through its official portal or the payment method it confirms. Gradify will never ask you to pay program fees into a personal bank account or UPI ID.
- EMI depends on the lender. "No-cost EMI" and other instalment options are provided by the university or its financing partners. They depend on the lender's approval, eligibility checks and terms. Read the loan or EMI agreement carefully before you sign it.
- Refunds follow the university's policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the refund policy of the university concerned.
07Beware of fraud
Gradify contacts learners only from our official phone number +91 79800 06284, our official email addresses, and the WhatsApp number linked on this website. Nobody can "guarantee" admission, a seat or a degree in return for payment.
If someone claiming to be from Gradify asks for payment into a personal account, offers guaranteed admission, or asks for your OTP or banking passwords, do not pay or share anything. Please report it to us at info@gradifysolutions.com.
08Trademarks and logos
University names and logos, and the logos of approval and ranking bodies (UGC, AICTE, NAAC, NIRF, QS, Times Higher Education and others), belong to their respective owners. Company logos shown as alumni employers belong to their owners too. We use them only to identify the universities and programs we provide guidance on, or where learners have worked.
Showing a logo does not mean that its owner endorses Gradify, except where we have an authorised partnership with that organisation.
09Third-party websites
Our website links to websites we do not control, including university portals, the UGC website and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
10Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care with the information on this website, but it is provided "as is", without any warranty of completeness or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Gradify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- your use of this website;
- relying on information on it;
- decisions made by universities, lenders or employers;
- changes to programs, fees or recognition after you read our content.
11Changes to this disclaimer
