01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Gradify Learning website and to our counselling services. Gradify Learning ("Gradify", "we", "us", "our") operates this website.

By using our website, submitting a form, chatting with Gradify Guide or taking counselling from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

02Our services

Gradify Learning provides free admissions guidance and counselling for online degree programs offered by UGC-entitled universities. This includes:

  • information about programs, specialisations, fees and eligibility;
  • program suggestions through our counsellors and Gradify Guide;
  • comparisons between universities;
  • help with the application process.

We are not a university. The university that offers a program is solely responsible for admission, eligibility, fees, curriculum, teaching, examinations, results and the award of the degree. When you enrol, your contract for the program is with the university, on the university's own terms.

03Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or take counselling in your own name. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must submit the enquiry or take part in counselling for you, and must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

04Information you give us

  • You agree that the information you give us is true, accurate and your own. This includes your name, phone number, email, education and work details.
  • Do not submit another person's details unless they have authorised you to.
  • Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries.
  • If your details change, please tell us so we can update our records.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

05Calls, messages and your consent

Every enquiry form on our website asks you to tick this box before it can be submitted:

I authorise Gradify Learning & its representatives to contact me with updates and notifications via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call. This will override DND/NDNC.

By ticking it, you authorise Gradify Learning and the representatives acting for us to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry, applications and relevant programs. This applies even if your number is on the DND/NDNC register.

You can withdraw this consent at any time: reply STOP to our messages, tell our counsellor, or email info@gradifysolutions.com.

06Counselling and recommendations

Our counsellors, mentors and Gradify Guide give guidance based on the information you share and on the programs available at the time. This guidance is for your information only. The final choice of program, university and payment method is yours.

Gradify does not guarantee admission, eligibility decisions, placement, employment, promotion or any increase in salary. Learner stories and figures on our website describe individual experiences and are not promised results. See our Disclaimer for details.

07Fees, payments, EMI and refunds

  • Our counselling is free. Gradify does not charge learners for guidance.
  • Program fees are set by the university and are paid to the university through its official portal or the payment method it confirms. Gradify will never ask you to pay program fees into a personal bank account or UPI ID.
  • EMI and loans, including "no-cost EMI", are offered by the university or its financing partners. They are subject to the lender's approval and terms, and the agreement is between you and the lender.
  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by the refund policy of the university concerned. Gradify cannot promise or process refunds of fees paid to a university.
  • How we are paid. Gradify may receive a fee or commission from some universities for admission support services. This does not increase the program fee you pay to the university.

08Using our website

When you use our website, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks these Terms;
  • submit spam, automated or bulk enquiries, or enquiries in someone else's name without permission;
  • copy, scrape or harvest content or data from it by automated means;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or the data of other users;
  • upload or send malicious code, or interfere with the website's security or performance;
  • use Gradify Guide or our forms to send abusive, offensive or misleading content;
  • pretend to be Gradify, our staff or a university.

We may block access, ignore enquiries or take legal action if these rules are broken.

09Intellectual property

The content on this website belongs to Gradify Learning unless stated otherwise. That includes text, design, graphics, the Gradify name and logo, Gradify Guide, and the page layout and code. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

University names and logos, ranking and approval body logos, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify programs, universities and recognitions. Their use does not mean those owners endorse Gradify, except where we have an authorised partnership.

11Disclaimer of warranties

We take reasonable care to keep our website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or current. Program details can change at any time, so please confirm them with the university before you apply or pay. Our Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. That includes loss of income, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from:

  • your use of our website or services;
  • relying on information on our website or from our counsellors;
  • any decision or action by a university, lender or employer.

Because our counselling is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to our website or services is limited to ₹1,000, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Gradify Learning, its team and representatives against any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from:

  • false information you submit;
  • your misuse of our website or services;
  • your breach of these Terms.

14Suspension and termination

We may suspend or stop providing services to anyone who breaks these Terms, submits false information or misuses our website or team. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. By continuing to use our website or services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

17General

  • Severability: if any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver: if we don't enforce a right, we have not given it up.
  • Events beyond our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, natural events or government actions.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and Gradify about our website and services.
